offers a fast, easy way to submit requests and questions regarding
your rental property. After you complete and submit this form,
an e-mail is automatically sent to a Haven representative
who will review your request and follow up with you within
48 hours of receipt. Please complete this form for routine,
non-emergency maintenance issues. If you have an emergency,
please call 913.707.4496.
