Thank you for your interest in a Haven home! Please follow these instructions to begin your rental home application process:

  1. Click the link below – Adobe Acrobat is required to view the application; click here to download a copy of Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Print the application.
  3. Complete all sections thoroughly and honestly, and sign the application at the bottom (there are two pages).
  4. Attach a check or money order for $30 per applicant for the non-refundable application fee; please make your check/money order payable to Haven Property Management, LLC.
  5. Mail the application and payment to Haven Property Management, 1990 E. Santa Fe, Suite 101, Olathe, KS 66062.

We will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of your application. If you have any questions, please call Haven Property Management at 913-764-RENT.
