these instructions to begin your rental home application
process:

Print the application.
Complete all sections thoroughly and honestly, and sign
the application at the bottom (there are two pages).
Attach a check or money order for $30 per adult applicant
for the non-refundable application fee; please make your
check/money order payable to Haven Property Management,
LLC.
Mail the application and payment to Haven Property Management,
1990 E. Santa Fe, Suite 101, Olathe, KS 66062.
We will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of your
application. If you have any questions, please call Haven
Property Management at 913-764-RENT.
