Haven's pricing is simple and competitive. The monthly management fee for residential properties is 9% of the rental price. A marketing fee of 50% of the rental asking price covers advertising expenses for each new property, which includes a large network of rental home advertising sites, and which enables a Haven representative to personally show the property to all prospective renters. This fee is due upon signing a management agreement. Or, you can wait until the property is rented to pay a 75% marketing fee. The marketing fee is due each time the property is vacated for any reason. Plus, there are no other "hidden fees" such as a vacancy fee.

Haven enables property owners to make the final decision on applicants as well as rental asking price. We will not market a price or rent to an applicant that is not approved by you first.
