Haven handles all of the client's accounting needs. Clients will receive their rental payments on a monthly basis. Each payment consists of the rent amount minus the pre-determined property management fee and repair or property maintenance costs. Repairs and maintenance charges over $300 are discussed with the client prior to the repair being performed.
Haven provides its clients monthly accounting reports and a year-end summary for tax purposes. We maintain files on the property, including maintenance records, documenting all work that has been performed on the property under Haven's management.
