Haven's pricing is simple and competitive. The monthly fee for residential properties is 9% of the client's desired rental price. In addition to the monthly fee, a marketing fee of 45% of the rental price covers advertising expenses for each new property. This fee is due upon signing a management agreement and each time the property is vacated for any reason.

Haven offers a one-year term lease agreement that renews each year until either party provides notice of termination.
